ECU international shipping
When shipping ECU from the United States please use USPS or UPS Express. Brokerage fees, duty fees, and other taxes may be added by the importing country, and are not included in the shipping fees or goods price. These charges will be the responsibility of the recipient and all charges received by JR Auto Performance Inc. will be charged to the customer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Please avoid using GROUND method of shipping, as brokerage fee is additionally calculated, better option is Express shipping where brokerage fee is included in the price. When sending ECU for tuning complete Customs Forms with the description: "TEMPORARY IMPORT, SENT FOR REPAIR, WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER". Otherwise, you will be charged duties and import taxes. Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package, at which time the ordered products would be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order.
Shipping in Canada
We usually ship goods via FedEx Ground, unless other service is requested. A different shipping method requests maybe a subject to different shipping rate. For security purposes we only ship to PayPal verified address and used credit card verified billing address. A written signed authorization is required when customer request goods to be shipped to a different address. We don’t ship to PO Boxes. Trucking number is provided to the customer after order is shipped. We usually ship shortly after order received, in the situation when ordered goods are out of stock we require additional time. All shipped products are in good condition when package leaves our warehouse, and insured against loss or damage in transit. It is recipient responsibility to inspect the package and report any damage at time of delivery, before signing for it. Damage should be reported to the carrier immediately. If you've receive a damaged product you have to notify us within thirty days to initiate a damaged package claim. It is required that you keep all of the packaging material and damaged product until the shipping carrier finishes the investigation. Do not send us damage part prior to contacting us. Any orders that are returned to us as refused by receiver or not delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses will be subject to a return handling fee and 25% restocking fee when cancelled, or customer will be charged reshipping cost.Pricing
Prices on website are reflected in CAD dollars and apply to orders within Canada and USA. Please contact us for details for inquiries from different countries. Please note that we reserve the right to change the prices at any time without prior notice. Prices don’t include additional fees as taxes, shipping fees, insurance.
For orders from Canada and USA we accept payment via PayPal, Visa, or MasterCard for most items. If the customer makes a payment using a credit card, we may require providing us a proof of identity issued by government. When proof is not provided we reserve the rights to refuse to accept this method of payment. We will process orders after full payment is received and cleared.
No returns after 14 days from order date. Contact us for return authorization, as without it return can be refused. All returned goods must be in brand new, not installed, not damaged condition in their original boxes. Products must be sent back to us within 7 days from return approval. Order returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any brokerage, custom fees and taxes received by JR Auto Performance Inc. for returned goods will be billed back to the customer. No returns on electrical order, special order, used, or non-stock items. There are no shipping refunds, and customers are responsible for the return shipment costs. All items on this site are guaranteed to be free from defects prior to installation. Warranty does not cover labor, faulty installation, wrong use and driving conditions. Damages caused by modifications, improper installations or improper use are customers responsibility. Customer is responsible for repair costs, liabilities and damages incurred. Tuning is covered by a warranty which will be lost in case of ECU damage or signs of ECU tampering. Stock program can be return to the car anytime, and customer agrees to costs involved.
