The tool rental is free for 3 business days, after 3 business days a rental charge of $35 CAD per day will be charged to your credit card. We must do this because we've had issues in the past with tools not being returned promptly. Rental period’s starts when the tool is delivered to you, it ends when the delivery service picks up the tool from you. We offer a rental OBD2 flasher to prevent the downtime of the car sitting in your garage while you wait for the ECU.

*Shipping - return shipping is your responsibility.

* Please be advise that flashing procedure using the rental tool requires internet connections and 50 AMP battery charger to keep the car battery with optimal voltage required for reprogramming – we are not responsible to any damage to the ECU during flashing if above requirements are not met.

Stage 2 does not require any additional modification to the hardware - best option for 35D with stock-factory exhaust system.
The software is designed and prepared to get the most maximum
performance HP and TQ along with control of the EGT (exhaust gas temperatures) in safe level and the same way to keep turbochargers longevity.

Programming method: Full OBD programming for all Fxx Exx series BMW without removing the ECU from the car
A car with a turbocharged engine (turbine or compressor) can be strengthened with an electronic modification of the software in the ECU by about 20-30%. Our tuning modification changes includes: the boost target levels and limiters, the pressure characteristics of the turbine,the ignition angle, the injection time and angle, lambda map calibration, speed limit governor removed and more.

New designed Hybrid Turbos by ProTurbo from Finland with optimally modified hot side on the LP turbo which produces lower driver pressure (EMP) than stock turbo setup with more flow, more boost, more TQ!

The turbo configuration keeps lag to a minimum, and provides excellent drivability in daily driving conditions. Note the lack of lag on the torque curve, where torque exceeds 500 lb-ft at 1800 rpm, and 570 lb-ft at 2000 rpm. Also note the horsepower curve holds near peak levels all the way to the shift point.

Below Boost vs EMP log data is to show the difference - OLD vs NEW hybrid setup – the same software the same car. As you can see the drive pressure EMP is much lower with higher flow in all rpm range and automatically boost is higher with the same target in the software.

With our fuel adjustment in the software, the original OEM pump was not sufficient enough to prevent pressure drop. Deviation was too huge to make proper tuning with the required injection and without excessive smoke.

The log above is to compare the OEM high pressure pump vs upgraded R90. The test was performed with the same 18000 mBar fuel pressure request and the same fueling – injection time. It is clear that the stock pump is insufficient for proper tuning.

We are offering two options:

Option 1: HPFP R90 – used - inspected, resealed – no warranty

Option 2: HPFP R90 - factory reconditioned, certified with 2-year warranty

ATM’s 335D intake system was designed from the ground up to occupy the stock airbox space while increasing power and improving sound, as well as upgrading the look under the hood. This intake utilizes the stock snorkel piping in addition to drawing in extra cold air around the headlight and bumper. To top it off, we added a removable lid to seal off and separate the intake source from hot underhood temperatures. This increased air supply along with a high-flow 8-layer filter yields a considerable top-end power increase, especially in tuned cars. And even if your car is bone stock, you will absolutely love the sound!
