Each modification is analyzed and prepared individually for a particular car. Before the modification begins, we perform basic diagnostic in order to examine and assess the technical condition of the engine and components.

*Newer cars equipped with tuning protected ECU’s such as EDC17 or MED17 along with other models require direct access to the ECU board which must be removed, opened and programmed on the bench.

The flasher can be used in many situations such as:

• Your car still has a warranty – the ECU can be easily reprogrammed with the original software before visiting the dealer
• The device can store multiply versions of the tuning options (custom, stage 1, stage 2, eco tuning etc.) It allows quickly change the tuning level by flashing the ECU in just a few minutes
• Instead of ECU shipping option JR Flasher is cheaper and safer way of remote tuning (ECU can be lost or damaged in the shipping) - your car does not have to be locked in the garage waiting for ECU.
• In the situation when small changes in the tuning are required it can be done immediately
• JR Handheld Flasher can be used as basic diagnostic tool – it can read, clear the DTC’s - trouble codes from the ECU

The device can’t be used for ECU’s with tuning protection. The only way to perform modification to such ECU’s is sending it to our location.
